My name is Debbie L Lind, and my business name is Debbie L Lind, Photoartisan. I have been a photographer for over 45 years and found that photography is my happy place. It began to grow after being an empty nester and retired. I always hope my work as a photographer brings joy and contentment to those who open up their home décor to one of my pieces of art work.

I enjoy still life photography where my subjects stand still and I can manipulate them to look interesting and at their best. They usually cooperate. I can create a mini landscape by design and my subject doesn't need to worry about smiling because I will make them beautiful. I have collected sea shells over the years and be given some. They hang out in my bathroom and I felt they needed to have an everlasting effect by including them in a photographic décor for wall art. They remind me of the sea, peace, beauty, rain, blue skies, storm clouds, walking the shore, sound of waves, birds chirping and of course, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Sea Shells are a beautiful reminder of the tropics. I can't help but think of Aloha of the Hawaiian Islands and Hola in Mexico where you're warm most of the time.

Sea shells can give joy all around the world. Sea shells are hard, protective outer coverings that are produced by certain types of marine animals, such as mollusks and some types of crustaceans. They come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, and colors, and are often used for decorative purposes, as well as for jewelry and crafts.

Sea shells can be found on beaches and in shallow waters around the world. Some of the most commonly collected shells include conch shells, cowrie shells, scallop shells, and abalone shells. Many people enjoy collecting shells as a hobby, and some even specialize in studying and identifying different types of shells.

In addition to their aesthetic value, sea shells also serve important ecological functions. They can provide habitat and shelter for small marine animals, and they can also help to protect shorelines from erosion. Overall, sea shells are a fascinating and beautiful part of the natural world.

My still life of 5 JUVENILE CONCH SHELLS is part of my sea shell collection that I knocked off the dust and gave them a job by becoming a model for my wall art project. I love the color teal and my creativity just seemed to transition those sea shells into a beautiful, stunning piece of artwork ready to hang on a wall. I believe my sea shells loved the idea and I think I can hear the ocean.
