I live in a rural community where cattle are still herded with horses and now 4 wheelers. Once in a while traffic is stopped so the cowboys can take the cows where they need to go. Instead of taking them across miles and miles of landscapes, cattle trucks make the round up to their destination faster and more efficient. I'm sure the spirit of moving cattle hasn't changed all too much getting cattle to one place to another. The western side of life lives in cattle country.
