I've been a photographer for over 45 years and take great pleasure in capturing the beauty of the world through my lens. My goal is to reflect my deep appreciation for nature, people, and the moments that make life extraordinary.

My field of lavender wall art photograph, depicts a beautiful and serene botanical cluster of purple flowers just waiting to be loved. Lavender is a flowering plant known for its beautiful purple hue and soothing scent, and it is often associated with relaxation, calmness, and serenity. Have you felt this when using its oil or admiring lavender in your garden?

Not to get too scientific, as this isn't what I think of when I see lavender, but the scientific name of the most commonly cultivated species of lavender is Lavandula angustifolia, although there are many other species of lavender that are also grown for ornamental and aromatic purposes. What I want is for my photograph to look beyond the technical side and feel the presence it will have in a home or office. What ambience it will give when one walks into their room.

I want so much to gain an audience that once they see my photograph, they will picture it on their wall and feel the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere it brings. Bringing someone to my website to view my work as an artist of photography can be difficult, but I hope I can churn their desire to do so.

My joy is being a photographer from the moment I find the perfect subject, to processing, to printing the final photo. Also, when my photograph 'touches' the heart of someone, I know my purpose is to be a photographer. My art is in my heart and I want so much to bring this joy, this love of art, to those who want to feel joy as well. Over the years of being a photographer, it has lead me to now, wanting to reach out to others who want rejuvenation in their lives.

Who as a photographer has felt a purpose of being one? I have. When someone knows me and learns I'm a photographer and relate me to my work, they are very supportive giving me positive accolades and what my photograph meant to them. This is why I'm a photographer. It not only gives me joy, excitement, and a story to tell, but knowing I created an image that brought someone else joy by having it displayed above their couch, bed, or desk.

It's a thrilling experience to sell my photograph. It's a validation of my talent and hard work. I feel a sense of pride in my abilities and feel grateful that someone has appreciated my work enough to buy it. It's a sense of relief that my hard work has paid off and that I can continue to pursue my passion. Overall, the feeling of success in selling my artwork is a mix of emotions, including pride, gratitude, relief, and satisfaction. It can also motivate me to continue creating and sharing my art with the world.
